8:00 am (area from Hyat Ziva Riviera Cancun to Tulum)

10:30 am (Ocean Maya Royale to Tulum)

This tour makes pick ups in Riviera Maya, Playa Del Carmen and Tulum

We do pick up's at different hotels, the time depends on the location of the hotel and the chosen time (check availability).

If the location is not available for pick up, we will assign a meeting point 

•Minimum driving age is 16 years old for drivers and 8 years old for passengers.

•Basic swimming skills are necessary to take part in water activities of the tour

•This tour is not recommended for travelers with a limited mobility, recent surgeries, breathing problems or heart conditions, as well as pregnant women or people who can not perform moderate physical activities

•Only biodegradable sunscreen and mosquito repellent permitted

•Wear comfortable clothes, water shoes and closed-toe shoes

•Bring an extra set of clothes, bathing suit and a towel

•Bring money for souvenirs and tips

•Your pick-up schedule and more details will be sent by email after completing the booking process

•People under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate in the tour

•If you have any health or physical problem please contact us before you make your reservation so we can provide you with advice on the matter

•Not recommended for pregnant women.

•Not recommended for people with mobility issues, cardiac or respiratory problems, with recent wounds or surgeries, or those who cannot participate in moderate physical activity.

•People under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed in the tour.

•Maximum weight for zip lining is 135 kgs/300 lbs.

•For ATV tours, the minimum age is 16 for drivers and 8 for passengers.
